BOOKING CONDITIONS

You can book your Croatia Camp mobile home:

Based upon your request our offer will be sent you as soon as possible.

The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to enter into the contract under the General Rental Terms and Conditions and must ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

For confirmed reservation it is necessary to make advance payment (30%) of the total booking value by bank transfer not later than the date stated in the booking confirmation, while the balance (70%) needs to be paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival .

For confirmed reservation for which the date of arrival is within 40 days from the date of booking it is necessary to make advance payment in the amount of 100% of the total booking amount via bank transfer until the date indicated on the booking confirmation.

If the advance is not paid on time the reservation is considered cancelled.

Miller Homes reserves the right to reject any booking that does not conform to our reception and accommodation capacities.


RESERVATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If a guest wants to change or cancel a reservation made at his request, it must be made in writing to either the registered e-mail address info@croatiacamp.pl or booking@croatiacamp.pl, or via phone +385 99 33 65564 / +385 99 45 74570.

Under the change it is considered the change in the number of guests or in the date of arrival and/or departure. Additional charges are not applied to the reservation. In the case that change of reservation is not possible and the passenger cancels the reservation, in accordance with the Booking Conditions below mentioned charges will be applied.

Terms of cancellation:

  • more than 60 days prior to arrival date – 30% of the total reservation amount
  • from 59th day ( inclusive ) to the day of arrival – 100% of the total reservation amount
  • in case of no show – 100% of the total reservation amount.

If the guest does not arrive by midnight on the day of service, without contacting the service provider, the reservation will be canceled and will be applied the cost of cancellation. Early departure: guest will be charged the entire booked period.


ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

CHECK-IN: the arrival must occur on the fixed date between 4 p.m. and 21 p.m. In case of delay the guest must advise Miller Homes on later arrival time. On the arrival, personal documents of each guest must be shown for registration.

CHECK-OUT: until 10 a.m. on the departure date.


PRICES

PRICES INCLUDE:

  • Rental of the accommodation and its equipment and access to the campsite indicated on the booking confirmation.
  • Water, gas and electricity consumption.
  • Access to the facilities of the host campsite(unless specific rules apply on the host campsite).
  • Parking space for one car.
  • Duvets, pillows, bedding and towels.
  • The accommodation final cleaning fee is included in the price if the mobile home is left in a normal state of cleanliness. Otherwise the final cleaning in amount of 50 EUR will be charged.

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:

  • Tourist taxes ( sojourn tax and registration fee ).
  • Extra options such as meals, additional car, a dog (accepted on certain campsites), a baby kit and the activities offered by the campsite that are subject to charge – bicycle hire, excursions etc.
  • The accommodation cleaning fee of 50 EUR if the mobile home is not left in the normal state of cleanliness.

TOURIST TAXES

Tourist tax is charged in each campsite at the main reception.These taxes are collected on behalf of local councils and are not included in the holiday price.

  • Residence tax ( sojourn tax ) – 8.00 HRK (approx. 1.10 EUR) per person per day in the period from 1 June until 30 September, and 6.00 HRK (approx. 0.80 EUR) in other periods. Children aged up 11.99 years do not pay the residence tax, while persons aged between 12 till 17.99 pay 50% of the residence tax.
  • Registration fee / per person – charged once – 1,00 EUR.

These amounts change frequently, so the rates where shown, are for information only. Payment is due in HRK.


CAMPING RULES

Each campsite has its own rules and regulations which all residents must abide by during their stay. The rules and regulations are controlled by the campsite themselves and as such Miller Homes can not be hold responsible for them.

Regarding outside visitors, the campsite may refuse them or require an additional payment. They may be refused access to the pool, entertainment and other services.


LIABILITY

Miller Homes is not liable for loss or theft (including of money), damage to property and harm or injury to its clients, through whichever cause.

During your stay you are liable for damage done to the holiday accommodation, the furnishings and all other objects belonging to the rented object which resulted from actions done by you and/ or your fellow traveller.


OCCUPANCY LIMITS

For safety and insurance reasons, it is prohibited to exceed the maximum number of occupants specified for each type of accommodation. Babies are considered as a person for the purposes of calculating occupancy.


CUSTOMER SERVICES

Any complaints regarding the non-compliance of facilities with regard to contractual obligations must be reported to our representative on site within 24 hours. If no solution has been found, the customer may write to Miller Homes within 15 days of the end of their stay:

If the problem has not been previously reported to our on-site representative, claims will not be taken into consideration. In all cases, no post-holiday complaints will be taken into account, if the facts were not reported on the campsite during the stay.

After the 15-day period following the holiday, no claim will be taken into consideration.

Our Customer Services will process your request within a maximum period of 2 months from the date of receipt of your letter.


RESTRICTIONS

In all events, Miller Homes’ liability, regardless of the cause, will be limited to a maximum amount equal to 20% of the cost of the holiday.
